Frequently asked questions

How do I find a parcel pickup point near me in France?

Tap "Near me" or type an address, a town or a postcode. Relais autour de moi shows the nearest pickup points and parcel lockers, sorted by distance, with today's opening hours and directions.

What is a pickup point (point relais)?

In France, a point relais is a local shop (tobacconist, newsagent, grocery store…) that receives parcels for you and lets you send your own. You collect your parcel there with the code sent by text or email and, usually, an ID. Parcel lockers work the same way, without staff, often 24/7.

How do I know if a pickup point is open right now?

Each point shows "Open" or "Closed" in real time, based on its opening hours. The "Open now" filter keeps only the points that are open at this moment.

Where do I collect a Chronopost, DPD or Colissimo parcel?

Chronopost and DPD deliver to Pickup points (shops and Pickup Station lockers). Colissimo, the La Poste parcel service, can be collected at a post office, a La Poste relay shop or a Pickup point. Choose the carrier in the filters to see all these points.

Where do I drop off a Vinted or Leboncoin parcel?

At a point of the carrier printed on your label (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Chronopost, Vinted Go…). Filter on that carrier to see the nearest drop-off points.

How long will my parcel stay at the pickup point?

Usually between 7 and 14 days, depending on the carrier. The deadline is given in the text message or email telling you the parcel has arrived.
