1. Purpose
Relais autour de moi is a free service for finding pickup points, parcel lockers and post offices, for all carriers, around an address or your position.
2. Access to the service
The website is free to access, without signing up. The publisher aims for reliable availability without guaranteeing that there will be no interruptions, in particular for maintenance or if a third-party service (geocoding, base maps) is unavailable.
3. Information displayed
The points, addresses and opening hours come from public sources and are provided for information only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date: a point may have closed, changed its opening hours or stopped accepting a carrier. Check with the carrier or the shopkeeper before you go.
Relais autour de moi is not a carrier. It does not handle any parcels and plays no part in their delivery, their collection or in claims, which are a matter for the carrier concerned.
4. Permitted use
You use the website for personal purposes and in accordance with the law. Automated or bulk extraction of the data, deliberately overloading the service and any attempt to compromise its security are prohibited.
5. Review and photo guidelines
Anyone can give their opinion on a pickup point, a parcel locker or a post office, with a rating from 1 to 5, a comment and up to 3 photos. The review is published as soon as its author has confirmed their email address. Relais autour de moi does not check that the author actually used the point, does not pay for any review and does not remove any review because of its rating.
Reviews are shown from newest to oldest, with their publication date. The average rating is calculated from all the reviews online. Only one contribution per email address and per point: a new review replaces the previous one.
By posting, you undertake to describe your own experience and to respect the law. The following are prohibited and removed:
- abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or threatening remarks, including towards the point's staff;
- other people's personal data (name, phone number…) and photos showing recognisable faces or number plates;
- fake reviews, advertising, links and content unrelated to the point;
- photos you did not take yourself.
6. Reporting and moderation
Each review has a "Report" button. A reported review is hidden immediately, then examined by the publisher, who restores it or deletes it permanently. The shopkeeper concerned can also ask for a review that breaches these guidelines to be removed by writing to contact@relaisautourdemoi.fr.
By posting photos, you authorise Relais autour de moi to display them free of charge on the website, for as long as they are online. You can remove your review and its photos at any time with the link received by email.
7. Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for a wasted journey, a delay or the loss of a parcel, or for the consequences of incorrect information coming from the data sources. Links to third-party websites (directions, carriers) are provided for convenience; their content is the responsibility of their publishers.
Reviews and photos posted by visitors are the sole responsibility of their authors. For this content, the publisher acts as a host: it removes it promptly as soon as it becomes aware that it is clearly unlawful.
