You can't always change your pickup point once a parcel has been sent: it depends on the carrier and on how far along the parcel is. With Colissimo (La Poste's parcel service), no change is possible after midnight the day before delivery (La Poste). For other carriers, check their terms. Before the parcel is dropped off, the simplest option is often to cancel the label or the order and create a new one.
Changing your pickup point: it all depends on where your parcel is
To change the pickup point for a parcel that has already been sent, start by checking where it is in the tracking. There are three cases:
- Order not shipped yet: ask the seller to change or cancel the order.
- Label created, parcel not dropped off yet: the sender can sometimes cancel the label and create a new one, depending on the carrier's terms.
- Parcel collected by the carrier or in transit: only some carriers let you make a change from the tracking page, up to a cut-off time.
We are not a carrier: the change is always made with the carrier, or with the seller. For the basics, see the pickup point guide.
Changing your pickup point, carrier by carrier
We only state a rule or a cut-off time when the carrier's official page confirms it. Otherwise, the cell links to the carrier's terms.

Changing a Colissimo delivery
According to La Poste help, you can no longer change your pickup point after midnight the day before delivery. For the steps to follow, see how to request a delivery change.
Changing your Mondial Relay pickup point
What you can do depends on the stage: label created, parcel dropped off, parcel collected by the carrier. See Mondial Relay's help page and its general terms, especially on cancelling a label.
Changing your Pickup point with Chronopost or DPD
Both use the Pickup network, but each has its own rules. Chronopost: see its help page and its Predict service. DPD: see its page on the chosen Pickup point. If the options don't show up in your tracking, contact the carrier.
Relais Colis, UPS and Amazon
Relais Colis: see its help page. UPS: see UPS My Choice and changing a delivery. Amazon: see its help page, or contact customer service from Your Orders.
On Vinted or Leboncoin: tell the seller before the parcel is sent
Leboncoin
What you can still do once the order is confirmed, and how to cancel it: see the terms of Leboncoin (the French classifieds site) on order delivery and cancellation. In any case, tell the seller as soon as possible, before they drop off the parcel.
Vinted
We did not find an official Vinted page on changing the pickup point after a purchase. See Vinted help or the help button on your order, and message the seller before the parcel is sent.
You are the seller and the buyer asks for another pickup point
Don't drop off the parcel until the matter is settled on the platform: once the parcel has left, the destination pickup point generally can't be changed. See sending a Vinted parcel from a pickup point and sending a Leboncoin parcel.
I chose the wrong pickup point and the parcel has left: your options
- Let the parcel arrive and collect it before the deadline: see the holding period.
- Ask someone who goes that way to collect it for you: see having someone else collect your parcel.
- If you don't collect it, it is normally sent back to the sender. Refunds and fees then depend on the seller's terms.
- Find the pickup points and parcel lockers along your route: find a pickup point near you.
Switching from pickup point to home delivery, or the other way round
Some carriers let you change the delivery method from the tracking page: see the terms of La Poste, Chronopost, DPD and UPS. We don't repeat their rules here until they are confirmed on their own pages.
When the carrier changes the pickup point for you
If the pickup point you chose is closed, full or on holiday, the carrier may leave the parcel at another point. That is a different situation, explained in pickup point closed or full.

Sometimes. With Colissimo, it is possible until midnight the day before delivery (La Poste). For other carriers, see the table and their terms.
How do I change my Mondial Relay pickup point?
See Mondial Relay's help page: what you can do depends on how far along the parcel is. If you are the buyer, go through the seller.
Can I change my pickup point on Vinted after buying?
We did not find an official Vinted page on this. Message the seller before the parcel is sent and check Vinted help.
I chose the wrong pickup point: what should I do?
Check where the parcel is in the tracking. Before it is sent, tell the seller. After that, collect the parcel within the holding period or ask someone close to you to collect it.

Some carriers offer this from the tracking page, subject to conditions. See this section and your carrier's terms.
